Project enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we receive your name, phone number, email address, selected apartment type and any message you choose to provide. We use this information to respond about Palazzo Suites. The enquiry is stored in our hosted database and a notification is sent to the business mailbox. Website hosting, database and email providers process information needed to provide these services.

We also retain supported campaign labels and the referring website's origin, when available, with your enquiry to understand where enquiries come from. Please avoid including financial documents, identity documents or other sensitive information in the message field.

Optional analytics

If you select “Allow analytics”, Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits and successful enquiry submissions. This includes technical information about your browser/device and use of the website. Our analytics events do not include your name, phone number, email or message. We strip page query parameters and use only the origin of a referring website in our configured analytics data. Advertising personalisation is disabled.

Analytics is not loaded until you allow it. You can decline without affecting the enquiry form, or change your choice using “Cookie settings” in the home page footer. We store your choice in your browser. The website also stores your selected visual theme locally. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Links and your requests

Opening WhatsApp or Google Maps takes you to a separate provider governed by its own policies. An enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Contact the business email above to request access, correction, deletion or an end to follow-up. We retain enquiry information for handling the enquiry and related business or legal requirements; contact us about a particular record.
